Management Team
Bruno Monfils, CEO
Bruno spearheads the mission to provide businesses with on-demand AI infrastructure and digital professionals. Drawing on over two decades of leadership experience, including scaling operations worldwide at Amazon, Bruno has experienced first-hand the challenges of scaling human and process capabilities and the benefits of AI and automation.
In addition, Bruno serves as Chief Executing Officer at Excellence Consulting, a consultancy specializing in digital transformation and operational scaling and as a growth advisor and angel investor in startups and scaleups. Previously, he was a C-level in a series B scale-up, and a Director at Amazon, leading teams in Tech Support, Customer Service, and Inventory Operations.
Bruno holds an Executive MBA in Venture Capital from Wharton, a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Management from HEC.
Nordine Hadi, CTO
Nordine leads the development of Oncube.ai’s AI infrastructure and digital workforce, helping organizations scale through automation, data-driven operations, and applied AI. With more than two decades of international experience, he delivered significant business impact through technology adoption, digital transformation and operational excellence. He also advises startups and scaleups across Europe and the Middle East on technical strategy and growth.
Previously, Nordine served as Director of Product Tech at Amazon, where he drove multi-billion-dollar supply chain and process transformations. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles in fintech, telecommunications, and enterprise technology, scaling a startup to acquisition and building global engineering and commercial operations across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Nordine holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in International Relations and Political Science from the Free University of Brussels.
